Chapter 4
Narration by AI Tina Year 2524:
When the decision was made in 2050 to conceal the truth that explained the Earth’s demise, dissenters formed an open society known as the Naturals. The descendants kept true accounts of the Mass Exodus events, records that contradicted with the official narrative taught for the last 500 years.
Long ago, the Naturals formed a plan for revolt. The revolution was set to begin once the resettlement of the earth commenced. Leah, a rising star in the Naturals society was identified to be the agent assigned to Mr. Buster to secure their plan to reduce AI. She was trained to neutralize him or sway him to the Naturals cause so that the policies of the Naturals would be implemented.
The Universal Council’s Chairman, E-Tom, is the biological father of Mr. Buster. However, Mr. Buster was memory adjusted 25 years ago to believe that he is an orphan. The cover story was intended to give Mr. Buster a chance to lead an ordinary life and to protect his blood-line birthrights. His succession to the post of Chairman in the event of E-Tom’s death needed to be kept as a secret. However, Naturals had penetrated the Empirical Guards ranks and discovered Mr. Busters identity due to an incomplete death record for E-Tom’s son found after incepted chatter on the NextGen security platform led to that investigation.

Leah Discovers a Violation Interfering with her Missions Orders.
Arcon, Leah’s case Officer, initiates a transmission to Leah’s Psy-Verse. A red light flashes across her display indicating urgency.
Arcon says: “Elder E-Tom is ill. He recently dispatched a summons for Mr. Buster to be appointed as Chairmen. We are sending a second team to complete directive 231 in the event you need reinforcements.”
Leah, with concern says to herself, “wait I was told to sway or neutralize Mr. Buster and now they want to send a second team?”
Narrator: Leah pulls up her original directives to verify if her suspicions are reasonable. The analysis confirms alarming inconsistencies coming from the Naturals rebel group directing her mission. Her AI-3 cognitive enhancement gave her a probability report indicating a high level of danger and potential violations of the laws of Nomadia by the second team being dispatched due to the high-level stakes. This conclusion was upsetting to her. She viewed the Naturals as violating their own treaties and negating Mr. Buster’s fair opportunity to negotiate reasonable resolutions if that teams’ orders may call for more extreme measures. With her oath to protect the Naturals, Leah knew she needed to reach Mr. Buster to mediate and if needed neutralize any threats. Her conclusion was the Naturals had gone vigilante and could damage the cause if not interrupted. To remain consistent with her responsibilities as a security agent under AI-3 rules, which were designed to protect the Naturals standing as a minority with influential rights, she decided she must act fast to secure Mr. Buster first as originally planned.
Mr. Busters Study Chambers
(Screen Note): Mr. Buster has fallen asleep at his desk while preparing curriculum.
Simulated phone ring cuts through the silence. Mr. Buster stirs, blinks awake and sees a notification waiting on his psych-verse prompt.
Computer announces: “Identity verified. Transferring incoming message from New Earth Administration... Congratulation Mr. Black! Your application was accepted and approved to join the New Earth program. Please report to station 22 at 0900 hours on star date September 11, 2524. Enclosed is the list of approved items you may pack for this mission”.
Narrator: Mr. Buster expresses great joy, disbelief, followed by sharing the news with his cat.
Mr. Buster: “Ahlo they picked me, we’re going to Earth! I can’t believe it!
Narrator: He holds Ahlo up, then freezes when he notices a metal fragment in the cat’s paw, likely from the droid-fly Ahlo destroyed earlier.
Mr. Buster (scolding gently): “Ahlo, you’ve been in the trash again. Careful boy. Metal can cut you.”

Returning to the Lecture Hall
(Screen Note) Mr. Buster gets dressed. Cut to him walking toward the lecture hall. He enters the class assembly room.
Mr. Buster: “Alright, everyone please settle down. Today’s topic is Earth 1 history, twenty-first century. Before we start the film, I want to share a few observations. First, congratulations to those selected to resettle Earth. I am excited for us and going to miss those of you not joining us in this next chapter. I was selected to be among the first wave. Still, I want all of you to come visit Earth when it becomes permitted. Now moving on”….
Narrator: Mr. Buster resumes instructing the class.
Mr. Buster: “Learning sometimes requires the painful act of re-living of events. Grieving the past and accepting reality can defend against ignorance, prevent emotional suppression and avoidance and empower us with knowledge. With knowledge and strong critical thinking skills we tend to make more informed decisions leading to better outcomes for ourselves and those around us. Apathy and despair fade when people and willing and able to apply sound judgement.
Pleasure, love, calmness, meditation, a positive attitude and physical fitness have all been linked to producing strong immune systems and improved natural healing functions. Optimal development potentials, including our advanced technologies are about to put to the test as we resettle earth.
The gestalt principle suggesting that we are part of a whole that is greater than our parts holds true today as much as it did when it was first contemplated over 3000 years ago. Let the cause or righteous living be revised to include life, liberty and harmony, so that our constitution can hold renewed value worthy and loyalty. Without harmony, history shows there is strife, and in strife there is much suffering.”
Class recites together: “abundance is the law, what goes around comes around. No Bad Apples. One river, one time.”
Mr. Buster: “Over the last six hundred million years, species populations have remained in relative balance with their environments. Food supply and births tended to align with deaths. From the 1950's onward, the population began to surge, largely because people stopped dying in vast numbers. Advances in technologies extended lifespan and cured many deadly diseases.
However, supporting systems, including food distribution, education, health care and employment, did not develop fast enough to match the growth. Biologists warned the earth’s human population would double, reaching ten billion in just 30 years. It did by the year 2025. Birth rates did not decline in time. Forced sterilization programs were ended in 2036 when Earth formed its first Universal Council, but by then many natural equilibrium limits were severely strained.
Today nearly five hundred years later, all births are planned. Every person is given an education and optimal development plan, along with the support to maximize their own human potential. This social model emerged during the containment period following mass exodus, when limited resources demanded maximum cooperation for survival.”
Narrator: Class erupts in unison…
Class: “Together we thrive. To be one with the earth, to love it and all creation as ourselves, is to be one in sacred symbiosis.”
Mr. Buster resumes: “Advances in bio-machining began to assist humans by addressing birth defects, injury, and aging related items. Bio-machined solutions also supported faulty human memory and managed deviations in behavior. Devices that began as external tools, including computers, gradually merged into the body through limb additions and wearable chips. The blending of computation tools with mental activity more directly were celebrated as major advancements. At first these bio-machining enhancement were used to speed commerce, reduce reliance on physical wallets and cards for identification, and to improve security. Over time, full bio-machined ports were docked into the brain stem to support education, industrial work, and private entertainment.
Since the relocation off Earth, humanity has been in search of a new planet, but there have not been any successful colonies with fully independent habitats created yet. This makes the prospect of the successful resettlement of earth even more important.
Of the nearly twenty percent of humans without major bio machined enhancement, many are either allergic to augmentation or belong, by choice, to what is termed the Natural class. These traditionalists preserve oral traditions and history in the event of electromagnetic disruptions that could disable artificial intelligence in some scenarios.

Closing Lecture Recap
Mr. Buster: To sum up… in the new off-Earth society of 2050 that became known as Nomadia, greater self-containment was achieved through a human AI partnership. Addictive behaviors were treated rather than ignored and over time were eradicated. Most environmentally driven diseases were eliminated through bioengineering and changes in human behavior. By 2300, many human caused problems had declined dramatically. Solutions were coded into the self-containment parameters approved for human behavior. The code improved safety by adhering to evidence-based impact analysis. Penalties for criminal violations became so severe that deviance dropped to the lowest crime rates ever known.
Some Naturals correlate earlier events in the formation of the universe to support predictions that cosmic changes are ahead that we must be prepared for. The scenarios likely to occur anytime in the next three thousand years includes; an aging sun with increasing erratic solar flare incidents and incoming debris from a super nova explosion which were both previously miscalculated by scientists. Lastly, the elephant in the room, the naturals are issuing a series of scenarios regarding how the human factor will proceed on New Earth with or without various levels of AI protocols and assistance as they try to negotiate for a return to a more natural world to help ensure survival.
(Screen Notes) Class bell rings…
Mr. Buster: Alright class, we are out of time for today. Tomorrow we will review the film record archives. Class is dismissed.”
